  • Fridge scan images: processed temporarily to identify ingredients, not stored permanently
  • Kroger OAuth tokens: stored securely to maintain your cart integration
  • Device info: device type, OS, app version for analytics and bug fixing

  • To provide personalized recipe suggestions
  • To process fridge scans and identify ingredients
  • To connect your Kroger cart integration
  • To manage your premium subscription
  • To improve the Service and fix issues
  • To send transactional emails (account, subscription, support)

3Kroger Data

We request the following Kroger permissions: product search, cart write, and location lookup for store selection. We do not access your Kroger purchase history, payment info, or loyalty card data. You may revoke access at any time via your Kroger account settings.

4Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Spoonacular (recipe data), Anthropic/Ollama (fridge scan AI), Stripe (subscription billing), Kroger API (grocery integration), YouTube API (recipe videos), Apple/Google (app distribution). Each has their own privacy policy.

5Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law.

6Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Fridge scan images are deleted after processing.

7Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the effective date.
