- 1.5 cups almond meal
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 42 2. Prepare a cookie sheet, and then line the coated green beans onto the sheet. 3. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, turning the beans, and then baking for another 5 minutes. (Start checking the coating after the first 12 minutes periodically to make sure that they are not burning.) 4. Remove from oven when they have reached a lightly crisp golden brown color. 5.
