Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta
- 0.75 cup milk
- 1.5 cups cheese
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour / maida
- 1 serving salt
- 1 serving pepper powder
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a big vessel with salt. 2. Add pasta and boil until cooked. 3. Do not overcook the pasta. It should be firm to bite, yet cooked through. 4. Drain water and rinse with cold water. 5. Drain and keep it aside. 6. Dilute the flour in 1/4 cup of milk and keep it aside. 7. Warm 1/2 cup of milk in the saucepan over medium flame. 8. Add the flour and milk to the warm milk and continue stirring until the milk thickens slightly. 9. Turn the heat to low. 10. Add the grated cheese and salt and stir well until the cheese has melted. 11. When the sauce is smooth and creamy, remove the pan from the flame. 12. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce. 13. Combine until well coated. 14. Sprinkle some pepper powder and serve immediately while still warm. 15. If the sauce is dry after cooing, add little milk and reheat to make it creamy again.
