- 0.75 cup cilantro
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 Slices pepper jack cheese
- 8 slices onion
- 8 tablespoons salsa
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Heat large frying pan to medium high heat. Make patties: Take the ground beef, add salsa and spices. 3. Mix together till evenly distributed. 4. Place patty on bun. Top with 1 TBSP Salsa, then 2 slices of red onion. 5. Place of the cilantro on red onion and then place avocado on top bun. 6. Add bun to burger and serve.
