Ingredients
- 3 pound pork loin
- 0.25 cup pork rub
- 12 oz dr. pepper
- 18 oz bbq sauce
- 6 bulky rolls
Instructions
1. Coat the Pork loin with dry rub. 2. Place it in the crock pot and pour in the Dr. Pepper. 3. Cook on low for 10-12 hours (I let mine cook overnight) 4. Drain most of the liquid and separate the pork with two forks. Stir in BBQ sauce and keep warm until ready to serve ;)
