- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 0.5 can pineapple tidbits
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 5 sweet potatoes
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup white sugar
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and grab your favorite casserole dish. In a medium mixing bowl, mix sweet potatoes, pineapple chunks, heavy cream, melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, salt, heavy cream, 1/4 cup of chopped candied pecans, and eggs.
