- 10 ounce spinach
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese
- 8 servings pita chips
- 3 ounces reduced fat cream cheese

- 1 cup yogurt
Instructions
1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. 4. Add salt and spinach; saute 3 minutes or until the spinach is warmed through. 5. Place spinach mixture, basil, cream cheese, and pepper in a food processor; process until smooth.
